BETHLEHEM, PA – The Patriot League announced its 2022-23 Women's Basketball All-League Teams and major award winners. Army West Point freshman Reese Ericson was named the conference's Rookie of the Year, while senior Sabria Hunter was selected as a First-Team All-Patriot League selection and senior Kamryn Hall was selected to the Third Team.
